Overall, the service was quite satisfactory. They weren't particularly enthusiastic, but everything was well-organized, which is expected from a major rental company. The car was very new. They asked if I had already purchased insurance through the booking platform, and I confirmed that I had, including full coverage. The staff didn’t push further and simply asked me to sign the 'decline insurance' section on the Rental Agreement.
The new vw Polo was great, the interior was impeccable, nice extras were the adaptive cruise control and the intelligent lights.
It may be that previously the tank was not completely full (took a few more liters to fill it up than the travelled distance would suggest) not a major issue though, it was still a very good deal.
