Apart from the incorrect pickup location, everything else was very satisfactory. The pickup location provided in the booking was wrong; the actual location is 200 meters ahead of the incorrect address, across a crossroad.
Picking up the car (excluding the waiting time in line) took over an hour. This car rental experience was terrible. Due to someone with the same name having a poor rental history, my pickup process took an hour. On top of that, I was charged for a minor scratch that wasn't noticed during the initial inspection (the car was casually checked during pickup but inspected meticulously with a magnifying glass during return). Additionally, the car's overall condition was awful—like driving a tractor with constant clanking noises, and the car was covered in scratches, from the wheels to the body.
Like: The car itself if great. The guy explained about the types of cameras on the south and why I may need additional devices. Another guy explained me everything about the car and answered all my questions. Dislike: Waiting time at picking up the car was around 20 min or even more.
