There are many people renting cars from the same flight, so even if you have a reservation, you still have to queue. After processing, you also have to wait for the car to be ready. I suggest not planning a tight schedule.
The service was excellent. Due to some unforeseen issues, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day, but the rental company resolved the issue well and extended the contract!
