The location is quite convenient with a storefront, and they provide clear instructions for picking up and returning the car in advance, along with Chinese explanations. If there are any issues along the way, communication is prompt. However, they gave me a different car at the last minute with less fuel than expected, and the baby seat I reserved was not ready on time. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't have the time to argue much. You can't return the car at the airport, but they offer a free shuttle to the airport nearby.
