The counter staff were impatient. They tried to upsell insurance but stopped after being told it wasn’t needed. The car was upgraded for free, and aside from the unclean interior, everything else was fine.
The service was excellent. Due to some unforeseen issues, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day, but the rental company resolved the issue well and extended the contract!
Very good! The car was new and it was very convenient to find the store at the airport. The service was also good.
