A reliable rental company with an office building conveniently located right across from the Roma Termini train station. Very easy to find. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled time, but after finishing her current task, the staff still helped me handle the car pickup procedures on time.
Overall, it's fairly satisfactory. It's a small company with only 1–2 staff members, so processing the paperwork takes some time. The cars are old because it's inexpensive, but the condition is acceptable, and there were no issues during use. They even upgraded me to a 2008 model with over 30,000 miles. Since the cars are older, make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle during pick-up and compare it with the existing damage noted on the checklist. If there are discrepancies, inform them immediately. I found a wheel rim damage and had it added to the form. When returning the car, they checked very thoroughly, comparing it against the checklist for any new damages. It's best to buy insurance for peace of mind. During the paperwork process, they’ll ask about insurance options, and if you're traveling to countries outside of Italy, there's an additional fee. There's also an optional €10 vehicle cleaning fee.
