The store and the pickup location are not at the same place, so I had to walk to the underground parking lot at the train station to pick up the car. If I weren't staying in Florence, I probably wouldn't have been able to find it. The staff at the store handling the paperwork were neither patient nor friendly, but the staff at the pickup location were very friendly.
