If you don't have full insurance, be sure to mark all existing vehicle issues with the staff during pickup; otherwise, there could be major problems during drop-off! I bought full insurance at the airport and assumed the staff had already marked all issues when I picked up the car, but many previous scratches and dents were actually not noted. When returning the car, the staff claimed there were scratches. Luckily, I had full insurance and the initial video, so I wasn't charged extra. Otherwise, I definitely would have been charged! Make sure to buy full insurance at the airport from the car rental company, not just through the app…
