Possibly because of my limited language skills, the navigation was too difficult, and I mistakenly thought the pickup location was the return point. Later, when handing over the keys, I showed the parking photo to the staff, who informed me that I had parked in the wrong place. After moving the car to the new location he provided, there was even a fender bender at the parking lot exit!
They didn't inform me about the insurance when picking up the car, only mentioned the deposit. In the end, they charged me 3599.82 RMB for insurance. It's a rip-off! Currently appealing to the rental company.
