Overall a good experience

Originally booked a Peugeot 208, but received an MG3 for pickup. The car is small, which makes it well-suited for Europe's narrow streets. It was easy to drive. Purchased full insurance and completed a round trip from Avignon to Nice, including visits to nearby towns. The only slight inconvenience was parking. The refund of the pre-authorization took a bit longer than expected.

Very satisfied! The explanation was very clear! The rental process was simple! The car was very clean.

The car was in great condition, and there was no upselling at the counter. The staff were very friendly.
