Nice car, lots of unlisted scratches but they dont seem to care when you return the car which I found surprising (I had taken loads of photos and videos to prove they were there before my rental just in case but it wasnt necessary). Super slow/insufficient staff at check in and pickup is far from the airport and not well indicated at all.

Have been using QEEQ for years and still generally happy with it although in this instance the "Pickup in terminal" filter obviously didnt work.

The car we got in Budget was very good. However, service at pick up was poor. We had to wait a long time to get the car as it was not available.

“Value for money but short on cars had to come back next day for right car”

Tried to charge me for fuel but had to show them it was Full to Full. Then gave me a van instead of a car and said they didnt have anything else. Was asked to come back next day and picked up a better car. Hassle but worth it in the end

“Easy car rental process...as the company name says!”

Car was great, they gave us a bigger car, small SUV. Paid more in tolls in Portugal as they count small SUV's as class 2, which means 3 times class 1, regular sedan! Also there was an additional airport charge.
