La plataforma engañan con comprar el seguro automotriz ya que en mexc no lo reconocen y hay que comprar también el seguro con ellos ,es fraude

The company had a terrible attitude, falsely claimed the selected car model wasn't available and demanded more money for an upgrade, and aggressively pushed insurance. When the customer service of the rental platform communicated with MEX, their staff pretended not to understand and were very rude. It is recommended to remove this company from the platform.
The service was excellent. The car we got on the first day had issues, so they immediately helped us get a brand new one, and even upgraded us to a 9-seater van!
