There were over twenty people in line, and only one person was working. I don't know what the others were doing in the office, but at the very least, they need to ensure the counter service. The service attitude was okay, but the unexplained charges were very confusing. I was charged a deposit twice, paid the rental fee in advance, and was unexpectedly charged again when returning the car. They said the deposit and charges would be refunded within two business days, but there has been no news. Make sure to purchase third-party liability insurance before booking, otherwise, you won't be able to pick up the car.

There were three cars to choose from, and I finally chose the newest Ford.

El pago de cuota de las Tolls ya lo hice en la página de Illinoistolls. Espero no me las cobren Budget o Ustedes
