“Nice car but worked out more than budgeted due to extras at collection.”

We liked the car. Service for us at collection and drop off were good but another customer was getting a hard sell for extra insurance which would put us off renting with budget again. We did have to queue a long time to pick up the car.

Nous avions loué une voiture type Toyota Aygo et finalement à notre grande surprise nous avons eu une Dacia Stepway ce qui nous a ravi d’avoir une voiture plus spacieuse. Par contre, l’employé au retour du véhicule n’etait pas très sympathique, pas du tout souriant et nous a expédié à la vitesse de l’éclair.

“This was the worst car hire experience of my life”
About Budget: 4.7 /10
I was waiting in the que for over 2 hours. I have two young children and the wait for car hire is totally unacceptable. By the time I got to the desk I just wanted to get out so was signing up to all sorts just to get out of there. I have ended up paying over the odds for insurance and petrol costs. Overall absolutely shocking experience .
