We were given a complimentary upgrade and the car and the process all worked very well. Because I'm AVIS preferred I could skip the incredibly long queue in the main booking hall and go straight to the preferred desk. If I wasn't I think I would have waited over half an hour to get to the front of the queue (which we stood in first before seeing the sign to AVIS preferred)

All worked vey well and when I had a support query it came back quickly with an answer

Low efficiency and double charging

The car provided was not the one I reserved, and there was no explanation at pickup.

Avis provided a smooth and efficent service.

Booking was easy. Although i took out the insurance with QUEEQ but wasnt aware it only covered the driver andnot the passengers.
