Very satisfied, easy to book and pick up the car.

When I got to the location, they told me there were no cars available! We had to spend over an hour standing at the store entrance with four suitcases while talking to customer service, eventually being told to pick up the car at another location. This wasted almost our entire afternoon and completely disrupted our travel plans. Do you know how much time we lost after coming all this way? Are you going to compensate us $150 for the time cost, the additional rental fee for changing the pickup location, and the taxi fare? I don't think so! How long are we expected to wait?

Simple process, as the insurance coverage was comprehensive, just swipe the card, grab the key, and go.

They informed us that no cars were available only when we arrived, and offered no alternatives. We were left stranded.
