Budget is located in The BLOC garage next to the Sheraton Hotel on Hope St. Customers should proceed towards Macy's then go down three steps and then go towards the Sheraton Valet parking. Customers will see the Budget signage. CARS: On-site.

The pickup location was hard to find, and the address provided was not detailed enough. Since there were no small cars available, they gave us a bigger car and asked us to come back on Monday for a replacement, which was inconvenient. However, we eventually got a Mustang, which was a new experience.

When I got to the location, they told me there were no cars available! We had to spend over an hour standing at the store entrance with four suitcases while talking to customer service, eventually being told to pick up the car at another location. This wasted almost our entire afternoon and completely disrupted our travel plans. Do you know how much time we lost after coming all this way? Are you going to compensate us $150 for the time cost, the additional rental fee for changing the pickup location, and the taxi fare? I don't think so! How long are we expected to wait?
