the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

“Easyrentcars is easy, will not be booking with Fox Rent A Car again”

First car they gave me had a tire going flat. Car was not clean and dinged up. Took pictures as I was totally nervous I would get charged for it. No air on shuttle, shuttle was slow in arriving, service was slow. I will not book with them again.

easyrentcars was easy and I appreicated being able to buy the insurance at the time of booking as well.

Tried to pressure sell additional insurance. Wrong size car given had a mid size suv instead of large suv. Could never get through to Customer services on phone!!

“Old and dirty”

Camry of full size nit available. They tried to give me a smaller car. Ended up with 4x4 SUV which got bad gas mileage. Car had 50,000 miles and interior had stains everywhere on the upholstery. Rental car return was very dfificult to find because of construction.

Dislike: Was told I would get a Kia Soul but got a Toyota Corolla! Little cramped compared to Kia but still a good car!
