The service was okay. They tried to sell me insurance, but after I politely declined, they didn't insist. They did sell me a 7-day road assistance package for 19 euros. The staff spoke quickly and with an accent, so I didn't understand them completely. I discovered this charge on my credit card statement after signing the form. It's fine, though.
The staff was extremely slow. It took half an hour to serve the person before me, testing the limits of my patience.
