I fully paid at the time of booking, but when picking up the car at the store, many additional chargeable items were added without any consultation, and over $300 was pre-authorized. Despite my repeated confirmations that it was just a deposit, I was inexplicably charged $319 for rescue insurance after swapping the car, even though I had already purchased road assistance insurance.

When I picked up the car, they tried to sell additional insurance despite me already purchasing one.
