An additional deposit of 200 pounds was requested at pickup, which required lengthy communication with Zuzuche and Enterprise to clarify. The car's navigation system was slightly delayed and not very responsive. The fuel level was only enough for 80 miles at pickup, necessitating a refuel. Returning the car with a similar fuel level was required, which was quite unreasonable. The traffic violation notice was forwarded to Zuzuche 15 days after the incident, and it was not the original fine ticket, lacking specific penalty amounts and payment instructions. It took three days to receive a response after emailing, almost missing the 21-day payment deadline. They also charge 35 pounds per ticket for handling violation notices and claim it's to maintain a team for this due to the high volume of notices.

There were additional fees, more than what was shown on the order. The staff said everyone has to pay some sort of location fee. The car was almost brand new, only a thousand kilometers.

Overall, I feel that Company E is quite large and offers standardized services. I initially booked to pick up the car at the Hyde Park location, but since my accommodation changed to near Tate Modern, after negotiating with Company E, their head office agreed to change the pick-up location to the Waterloo branch. Of course, due to our broken English during communication, there was almost a misunderstanding. The Hyde Park branch thought we wanted to cancel the booking, and we had to ask a friend to help us translate to convey our intention to change the pick-up location. This was all due to our poor English. On August 27th, we went to the store to pick up the car, which was initially confirmed as a Buick GL8, but we were given a luxurious Volkswagen Sharan from 2014, which was in great condition. The pick-up process was very simple, similar to renting a car in China. We first verified the order and documents, signed some forms, and then inspected the car at the parking lot, checking the fuel gauge, odometer, lights, and both the interior and exterior condition. Everything was fine, and we received the car. The entire process took about 20 minutes. During the handover, the pretty female receptionist also reminded us of some important points. After that, it was all good to go!
