The Europcar staff did not accompany us for the car inspection during pick-up. Overall, the car we rented was satisfactory.

The booking and checking process was smooth. The staff at europcar were friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty in finding the car in Bay Area among sea of cars so can improve on this process if possible. We were offered a different car to one that was booked,but it was a good car in this case so no complaints.

Easy rent cars enabled us to get the best car and price so no complaints.

The 24/7 return service made for a stress-free return. The late opening hours (until 11 pm at Hobart Airport) was also less stressful.

Ease of booking and rapid confirmation were both huge positives.
