The Hobart Airport location falsely advertised having Prados when they did not. After my complaint, they removed all Prados from their listings. The star is for the service staff, who were extremely helpful.
The wait time was incredibly long. They didn't send an electronic contract. The windshield was broken, and they still haven't contacted me about the insurance.
When picking up the car, I was charged an extra 40+ AUD as an airport parking fee. Communicated with the rental company, but the issue was not resolved.
The car performance is great. Clean. Was expecting to have Android Auto which is basic in many cars.
