1. Many flights from China arrive at night, resulting in a large number of people renting cars and long lines, but only two counters were open. 2. The staff seemed to push for purchasing a toll pass, but there's no toll for self-driving in the western US.

I still don't know what RSP is! I originally booked a RAV4, but they gave me a Toyota Sequoia at the store. It was okay, just too big and fuel-consuming.
