Some staff lack a strong sense of service and do not consider the customer's feelings. The reserved car model was unavailable at pickup, and the staff seemed indifferent, which was frustrating. However, the service was much better when returning the car after 4 days. It seems there's quite a difference between individuals.

I was extremely satisfied with pre-booking and return dealing with Toufik El Kadaoui who was very professional and helpful answering all my questions and helping with the whole rental process (long term rental)
Like: Got a free upgrade, which is always nice. But had to wait a long time behind just 1 other customer to get service.
Car was in excellent condition. Had a great trip in Germany with the car. The price was a steal, even for the basic SUV I had originally requested. Dislike: No answer at all when calling their office to extend! They absolutely don't pick up the phone. In the end, I had to go to the airport again on the day I was supposed to return the car, to extend my reservation.
During drop off, no receipt/information about billing was given.
