“I won’t use Avis again”

Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.

It's acceptable. There was no Chinese translator on site, making communication difficult for those with limited English. Many places, including banks and hospitals, have this issue. It would be great to have translation devices on site; it's not a complicated thing!
