Excellent service! They thoroughly explain and introduce everything when you pick up the car, and the inspection is done very meticulously with a great attitude. We didn't rent a navigation system, but found out that the car had one, which solved our big problem in the UK. We covered thousands of miles relying solely on the in-car GPS. This deserves a commendation! Additionally, the staff was very enthusiastic when we returned the car; the entire return process took less than a minute, something unimaginable in our home country.
