Staff was really helpful and responsive. Also proactively reminded customers on liabilities so that it’s clear if an incident happens. However the condition of the car dampens the positive experience.
The staff at the store who spoke Chinese were very helpful, but the car's condition was old (over 100,000 kilometers) and dirty. When the car was handed over, it was very dirty with multiple bird droppings and the seats inside were not clean, with visible dust.
Anderson and Faizal were very clear in their explanation. Always smiling and always checking that we understood. They also reminded us about the need for parking coupons and Touch an Go cards - and where to get them
Was a lot more confident after that and enjoyed riding around for 4 days
