I hope Zuzuche can help me get a refund for the extra payment soon. Also, a tip: try to get service from Americans in the US, it's less complicated. After placing an order on QEEQ, walk to the left after exiting the airport to find the Avis shuttle bus. The driver drives smoothly and is very polite, even helping with the luggage upon arrival.
