They promised a refund for the toll device fee if not used, but there was no device installed and no refund was given. They also aggressively pushed various insurance policies, but fortunately, I had already purchased travel insurance in my home country and only after showing this could I avoid buying more. There are a lot of hidden costs, not as mentioned on the rental site. Scam! Awful!

The service attitude is very good, but they will try to sell you services like roadside assistance. If you are not careful, you might be persuaded.

After spending nearly two hours there, I agreed to rent a Suburban as a walk-in, thinking it was a system error since they mentioned they had just upgraded their computer system that morning at 10am. Instead of paying $466 per week as per my reservation, I ended up paying $393.01 for just one day. A one-day rental costs as much as a week's reservation. I called customer service and realized later that this was a company-wide practice: they lure you in with low prices and then overcharge you.
