Poor experience. I asked the shuttle bus driver which terminal to go to when boarding, but the driver's announcement was too quiet, causing me to miss my stop. The driver did not ensure that passengers alighted at the correct spot, and we ended up circling back to the rental site. I missed my flight. When I asked the driver if I had missed my stop, we were already back at the starting point. The driver said I should have sat in the front row to hear the announcements. Missing my flight was an incredibly bad experience!

The car pickup was slow, making customers wait for almost an hour; the car was not in good condition, as soon as we hit the highway, it warned us that a tire pressure was low, making us nervous throughout; contacting the rental car customer service to return the car, we were told they could only try to apply, with no guarantee of success; reluctantly, we had to visit a repair shop the next day to check if the tire needed repair or the car needed replacement. Initially, a repair shop employee checked the tire and suggested we change the car due to poor tire condition. Since the Los Angeles airport store was too far, we tried the Pasadena store to see if we could swap cars. However, they told us they had no available cars and found no issues with the tire after their inspection, leaving us confused. Finally, to avoid trouble, we decided to use the car temporarily but had to abandon our plan to drive to San Francisco and only explored Los Angeles and nearby areas for immediate assistance, if needed. Luckily, no major issues occurred in the following days.

For these 8 days, I only drove on highways, never drove on any dirt or gravel roads. November in California is neither too hot nor too cold, how could the tire blow out?! The tires must've already had issues! The customer service is supposed to be 24/7, but no one answered at 10 PM local time! Ended up calling 911 for a tow truck! And they still mysteriously charged me money when returning the car!

The line was very long, took almost three hours. When it was our turn, there were no cars available, waited for another hour. No place for family to wait, sat outside, child had a fever, told them but it was no use. Waiting outside worsened the illness, later spent over a thousand dollars for medical treatment. The front desk clerk was watching movies the whole time, worst customer service I've experienced in the US. After finally getting a car, a fault light came on after 20 minutes, had to go back to exchange it, reached the hotel at dawn. Is this really the second largest car rental company in the US? More like the second to last.

There was no FUSION available. I requested a car with a turbocharger, but they made me pay extra to rent a MUSTANG. Very dissatisfied. This doubled my budget.
