Very satisfied, the vehicle was well-maintained

Poor experience. I asked the shuttle bus driver which terminal to go to when boarding, but the driver's announcement was too quiet, causing me to miss my stop. The driver did not ensure that passengers alighted at the correct spot, and we ended up circling back to the rental site. I missed my flight. When I asked the driver if I had missed my stop, we were already back at the starting point. The driver said I should have sat in the front row to hear the announcements. Missing my flight was an incredibly bad experience!

A very professional car rental company with excellent service.

Overall, it was okay. The service was efficient, but I was charged hidden fees. After communicating with customer service, I got some of it back, but the final price was still higher than expected.

The service attitude was good, but having someone to guide when looking for the car would be better!
