It's quite disappointing to have both fuel and electric cars in the same category. The service fee for handling traffic fines is very expensive. For a £60 parking ticket, Hertz charged a £42 service fee, which is about a 70% service rate. That's too much.

The staff responsible for renting out the vehicle had a good attitude, but the manager in charge during the return was rude.

The guy who handed over the car was very helpful, assisting me with finding the Bluetooth. However, the man with the beard who handled the paperwork had a heavy accent, which made it quite difficult to understand him, probably because he's from the suburbs of London, haha. I originally booked a Ford Galaxy but was recommended to switch to a Volvo XC70. Although the space is smaller than the Ford, it was cheaper. Overall, it's still fine, and the car was relatively new.

Clear address, detailed instructions, smooth pick-up and return, no extra charges. ^_^ Thumbs up ^_^

Car was changed for the better as I ended up with a mercedes! Pickup time was surprisingly slow, probably not enough staff at reception.

Booking process was easy.
