Had to wait in line for a long time and then waited another hour after completing the paperwork to get the car, supposedly because they were washing it. We originally rented a Highlander but were given a front-wheel-drive GMC instead. The power was weak and the car was heavy. The Rockies require snow tires from October 1st, and we rented the car on the 28th without any warning from the rental company. As a result, we got stuck in Banff for a long time due to heavy snow and slipping while going uphill.

The car model provided was different and much smaller than what I booked, so we had to pay extra to get a larger car. The process of exchanging the car took a lot of time, which was very wasteful.

Why was there an additional charge when returning the car?

No extra sales pitches, straightforward procedures.

Efficient , straightforward and pleasant .

Relatively good booking process but website needs to be more user friendly . Otherwise , absolutely fine .
