The staff at the store had an extremely poor attitude. Their communication was very unclear, and they blamed the customers. They aggressively pushed services that were completely unnecessary, and their attitude worsened when customers refused. We are Chinese students studying in the USA, and the staff assumed that we would return to China after returning the car. This presumptive attitude made us extremely uncomfortable. Why should we be expected to return to China? Is it because you want us to leave and not stay in the USA? We suspect racial discrimination. Terrible service!

The staff pretended to be nice but added many extra insurances without informing us. Terrible.

Found the rear bumper damaged when picking up the car; they quickly replaced it with another vehicle. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

Unable to use a debit card for car rental. Each country has different understandings and uses for debit cards. If Zuzuche's website accepts my debit card for payment, then please let me use a debit card for car rental.
