They tried to upsell me a vehicle upgrade, and when I declined, they did not provide the reserved brand. The car was old, had insufficient power, the windows leaked, and there were significant scratches on the exterior.

They allow multiple drivers to be added online directly, which is nice, but there's a fee

Because I didn't accept the insurance upsell from the staff, I was treated extremely poorly. First, they intentionally delayed by saying to wait and then attending to other things. Ten minutes later, they claimed there were no cars available. I said, 'Didn't you reserve one for me?' and then they started ignoring me. After a complaint and more than 50 minutes, I finally got a car I didn't want, in poor condition. The last row of seats couldn't move or fold, the exterior was scratched in many places, and there were three noticeable dents. When I pointed these out during the inspection, the staff simply said they didn't have time to check it. They didn't even say 'sorry' and continued to ignore me. When I asked for a different car, they were very unhelpful.

After arriving in Las Vegas, the car made a strange noise. They replaced it for free with a mid-sized car, which was also very new.

Everything worked like perfectly. The right car was ready promptly and the return was efficient, friendly and flawless.
