The wait time before picking up the car was quite long. Couldn't get a refund for returning the car a day early, and no one answered the emergency contact numbers on the website or booking documents.
1. Forced additional charges for insurance at the site, no car provided if not accepted; 2. No response from customer service when calling; 3. Post-travel coordination with the rental platform was unhelpful, issues were passed on to the rental company, claiming lack of on-site evidence. Are we supposed to take photos or videos of foreign staff? 4. Extremely slow response, took three months to get a dismissive reply, stating the issue couldn't be resolved.
All requirements were fully met. The car pick-up process took less than 20 minutes, and they even assisted us in finding our vehicle. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.
