La chica del mostrador quevnos atendio un poco malumorada, nos vendio forzozamente un seguro de auto extra que porque el seguro no iva incluido en nuestra reserva con QEEQ.COM

Todo muy bien aunque tubimos que pagar ese seguro extra a un asi el precio es bueno de otra manera ubieramos pagado mucho mas.

We arrived at 11 PM, and the front desk told us that our credit card couldn't be swiped because it didn't have a chip. They asked us to pay extra. Later, our card worked everywhere else in Mexico. Since there were two other Chinese customers facing the same issue, we started to complain. The front desk then said they would communicate with the bank, and suddenly the card worked. Are they joking? Would the bank be open in the middle of the night? We wasted two hours, and those other Chinese customers wasted four hours, wasting our time.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The process took about 15-20 minutes, which was acceptable.

I told them I had already paid 206 yuan on the car rental website and only needed to pay 115 yuan worth of Mexican pesos at the store, but the staff still charged me 1113 pesos for three days of car rental. They said this is the store policy, so I ended up paying over 200 yuan more. Very dissatisfied. It's better to go directly to the car rental company.

Waited a long time customer service sucked over charge me for everything! I was charged $200 more for a car and service was absolutely terrible never again will I use this garbage service!!
