The service attitude of the counter staff was very mediocre. The vehicle was in poor condition, with rust on the roof, and looked like it had been submerged in water. I provided all the documents as required by the rental company, but they told me they needed a response from the car rental company before they could process it, which dragged on for several months. In the future, there are two things to note: first, stay away from ACE, and second, try to buy full insurance from the car rental company instead of third-party insurance from your home country, as the claim process is very complicated.
