The pick-up address was incorrect, and the location found on Google Maps was not accurate. It was very difficult to get through on the phone, and when I finally did, the receptionist's English was not very good and was not clear. The process was quite slow, taking almost an hour to get the car. They also didn't mention that you need to call before returning the car. Overall, it was still a great value.
Counter staff were very thorough and helpful. Location of counter was easy to find and car was waiting nearby. Car was relatively high mileage (20k kms) but clean and performed well. Return process was very helpful and efficient

The child car seat was terrible. It was dusty and had bad smell. It was like the company has been using for over 10 years without cleaning. My daughter got allergy since the first day of using the car.
The counter staff was also helpless. They kept asking me to buy more insurance package without checking the document that I chose super plus insurance package. And the last thing, the car wasn't Honda civic. Overall, it was quite terrible experience this time.
