The pick-up address was incorrect, and the location found on Google Maps was not accurate. It was very difficult to get through on the phone, and when I finally did, the receptionist's English was not very good and was not clear. The process was quite slow, taking almost an hour to get the car. They also didn't mention that you need to call before returning the car. Overall, it was still a great value.
The model I wanted was unavailable, so they upgraded me to a big car with a 2.0-liter engine, an MPV. It was quite a waste, but luckily I found a co-driver the next day. Not bad, the good thing about a big car is that it can carry a lot of stuff. Returning the car was very convenient, it was done in a minute. Just check the exterior and fuel gauge, and you're good to go.
The environment was clean, and the staff was polite. After returning the car, they even helped us get to the airport. The vehicle was quite clean and tidy, and they assisted in recording the damaged parts of the car. They informed us of the basic precautions. Very responsible.
