I reserved a Toyota Corolla but was given a Nissan instead. There was also an issue with the tires, so I couldn't drive the car back to the return point and got charged a large fee.

It took over an hour to process the paperwork because there were so many people in line, yet only three staff members. Even worse, picking up the car took another hour. We had a lot of luggage, so we upgraded to a larger vehicle, but they gave us an old Ford that didn't match the pictures at all. It had over 50,000 miles and an oil warning light was on. Complaining didn't help, we'll never use this company again.
