Unjustified charges without explanation, and even when they made a mistake in the order, they refused to admit it. Had to cover the extra costs ourselves.

needed to get a bigger car that took a minute to sort but cost me another 613.00 on top of the £143.00 I had already paid. we had to pay it otherwise we didn't get the car. £300 of that was deposit which I am supposed to get back I am still waiting for it ????
Terrible service would not use or recommend this company again only used them because they were great in Sicilly
Branch staff were amazing, spoke fantastic English, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car was very new and in great condition. No hidden extras or hard-sale of insurances. Everything was perfect.
