There was a constant maintenance reminder. After driving 100KM, the oil light came on, delaying our trip for half a day waiting for assistance. Eventually, we bought oil, then called the next station to confirm we could exchange the car. When we arrived, they refused to replace it, saying the maintenance alert was not an issue. This experience was very disappointing.
Since we arrived in Frankfurt on an early flight, there were two groups before us, and we waited for a while. I had booked a seven-seater car. The customer service offered us a five-seater Volvo going back to Zurich with a 450 Euro one-way rental fee if we were willing. Considering our comfort, we decided to stick with the seven-seater we originally booked.
Waited in line for an hour, the car model I reserved wasn't available, and they gave me a Ford Focus without any explanation. I refused and said this wasn't the car I booked. They said I would need to wait at least another hour for my reserved model. In the end, after waiting another hour, they only provided an electric Mercedes. Charging and driving on the highway in Germany is not convenient.
This car is meet my expectations with a good guided of GPS. Thanks and appreciated!
