Their attitude was mediocre and standard. They tried to sell me insurance. When I refused, they didn't push further, but their attitude immediately worsened. The downside is that after returning the car, I only received a simple handwritten receipt. There's been no email regarding any charges, and I am currently in contact with the rental company for resolution.

Overall service was good, with English support. The car was very clean at pickup and the return inspection was very simple. Recommended, as they don't check thoroughly.

Easy to use & good service.

The car was as expected, although the boot was smaller than I expected but we did select a small car.. The waiting time for pick up was rather long and a bit distressing as the agent was dealing with someone who wouldn't pay for the damages, I guess it wasn't the agent's fault but they nearly came to blows! Other than that the agent was very polite and professional with us and the actual paperwork didn't take too long.

I ordered an estate car and they only had hatchbacks available, so it was a real struggle to carry our luggage safely and comfortably.
