At the Vienna airport, the lady at the car rental counter was very friendly and patient with her explanations, which put me at ease. The car return was at a downtown location, and you can find a clearly marked garage entrance via navigation. Everything went smoothly.

The staff's attitude was mediocre. When I pointed out some scratches that were not originally mentioned, the female employee got quite upset. She couldn't make a decision on her own and had to call a supervisor to confirm and make a note.
