Great road conditions in Europe, clear signs, excellent driving experience

Pros: 1. The car pickup process was simple and quick, just needed to show a Chinese driver's license, a translated copy from Zuzuche, and a credit card. 2. Self-service car pickup from the underground garage. Cons: 1. The car had noticeable scratches which the staff did not inform me about; I only discovered them the next day under sunlight. Upon comparing with the car pickup video, it was clear they were 'old damage'. After calling them, they told me to check the markings in the form myself. 2. Few parking spots for Europcar at Vienna train station garage, had to park in the last available spot. Tip: Get full insurance to reduce worries during your trip!

The staff did not accompany me to pick up the car. I had to search for a long time in the parking lot and couldn't inspect the car. They gave me a car with scratches. Let's see how much they end up charging me!

The service was okay, but not very enthusiastic.

The lady who assisted us at the airport was very friendly and patient, making the start of our trip very pleasant!
