Picking up and returning the car was a breeze, and there were plenty of shuttle buses to the airport, making everything very convenient. We had a lot of luggage and were initially worried, but it turned out there was no need to worry at all because the driver was extremely helpful! We’ll choose Alamo again next time!
There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.
The old man at counter 3 was pushy about insurance and seemed impatient with Chinese customers.
