This company is actually GOLD CAR. If it's this company, do not rent from them. They forcefully sell insurance and won't give you the car otherwise. The insurance is very expensive too!

Absolute shambles. Waited over 3.5 hrs to get the car. Long line, not moving, no cars, not much staff. After getting to the counter, had to wait another 30mins for my car as it wasn't there ? Resulted in me missing a paid activity which I.belieb I should be compensated for at the very least

I contacted Qeeq to discuss how long I had to wait and enquire about compensation. They said they are looking into this and will get back to me. So far they have been very responsive but are awaiting to hear back from goldcar
