Las Vegas - Grand Canyon - Antelope Canyon - Bryce - Zion - Las Vegas

About Alamo: 2.0 /10
The kiosk at the site required a lot of information to input, and halfway through it crashed, forcing us to go to the counter, which was very frustrating. When booking, we had purchased full insurance, but the counter staff insisted we didn't. It wasn't until we showed the English part of the insurance provided by the rental service that they finally accepted it. Additionally, we had selected the option to return the car with a full tank when booking, but the counter staff insisted we buy their fuel (empty tank return), saying it would cost extra to return it full and that their fuel prices were much higher. Not wanting to waste time, we agreed... only to find out the outside fuel prices were half of what the rental company charged. It was infuriating!! The counter staff was really terrible!!

The car was quite new. The rental machine was a bit tricky to use for the first time, but fortunately, the service staff helped out. We didn't get the Jeep we wanted, but were given a different car instead.

Quite good. Had two flat tires in between, but the rescue within 100 miles was timely and convenient! Thanks!

I always use Alamo's self-service kiosk, so not having to deal with the counter is the best experience for me.

“Las Vegas - Los Angeles - San Francisco”
About Alamo: 10.0 /10
Out of habit, I always remain cautious when traveling. I completely ignored the front desk guy's advice to add extra insurance when picking up the car. Later, I realized the rental didn't include insurance for damages caused to other vehicles or people. I got scared thinking about it, so I went back and added third-party liability insurance.

“Choosing to rent and return the car in Las Vegas for a road trip is a good choice. The drive between”
About Alamo: 8.0 /10
The service at the counter was quick and the staff were fairly friendly, although they did try to sell insurance. The Jeep Grand Cherokee I booked online wasn't available, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead (I guess there aren’t many Grand Cherokees and it's just a gimmick online). Overall, Alamo’s cars aren't new, but the condition is acceptable, though the interior was a bit dirty.
